In positive psychology, a flow state, also known colloquially as being in the zone, is the mental state in which a person performing some activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. 

Flow State Wrestling Foundation is an organization dedicated to growing the wrestling community by pairing some of the world’s best wrestlers directly with the Youth in the Silicon Valley and Truckee Tahoe Communities. Our goal is not only to grow the wrestling community but, more importantly empower our youth with self-confidence and a new set of tools that helps them navigate life’s struggles in a powerful way.

Currently, we offer two-hour clinics and will have summer camps this summer 2024. Youth male and female, grades 7- 12. All athletes must be between 12 and 18 years old.  Each clinic or camp will be specific for age and skill.
